Follow Me mode
The crosshead moves as naturally as your hand. Push for speed, ease off for precision. Position, load and align the specimen without breaking your workflow or reaching for a control panel.
Safe Jog mode
Jog at full speed without watching the load cell. The crosshead stops the instant it senses contact, so a fast approach cannot cost you a specimen, a set of grips, or the cell itself.
Sample protection
Clamping a specimen loads it before the test has begun, and that pre-load carries into your result. Set a threshold and the crosshead holds the specimen below it while the grips close.
Sub-micron positioning
Position the crosshead with sub-micron precision for the most delicate test setups. Smooth, responsive control gives you the confidence to align sensitive specimens with exceptional accuracy.
Touch console
Configure, run and read the test at the machine. Operators stay with the specimen instead of walking to a workstation.
Wavemaker programming
Every test is different. Combine ramps, holds, cyclic loading and sine profiles into one multi-stage method that adapts to what you actually need to measure.
400 kHz acquisition
Fast enough to record the whole failure event rather than a sampled approximation of its peak. Brittle fracture and sudden yield are captured as they happened.
